At Ready2Geaux Streaming, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription.

1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before committing. No payment is required during the trial. Once it ends, your chosen plan will be billed automatically unless cancelled.

2. 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied after your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial charge. After this window, all payments are final.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made more than 24 hours after the billing date.
• Renewal charges — please cancel before your renewal date.
• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Partial periods — we do not prorate unused subscription time.

4. Service Interruptions

If downtime exceeds 72 consecutive hours due to issues within our control, affected subscribers may be eligible for a prorated credit applied to their next billing cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account termination. Please reach out — we are happy to resolve any billing issues directly.
