1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe. By subscribing you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually depending on your selected plan.
• All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days notice via email.
• Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may not share credentials or allow simultaneous streams beyond your plan limit.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service to third parties.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to bypass or circumvent any security features.

4. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is licensed, not owned, by Ready2Geaux Streaming. You may not copy, record, or redistribute any streamed content.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready2Geaux Streaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.
